In this article I’ll provide step-by-step advice on how to do a full penis enlargement work out routine that includes both jelqing & stretching.

1)Begin with your penis in the limp state. Grip firmly your penis’ head. avoid gripping so firm that you are cutting off blood circulation.
2)Slowly and carefully stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body. Stretch to its maximum length without your feeling any discomfort or pain. Remain in the stretched position for five minutes. At the end of each minute, try to stretch your penis out by a tiny bit more if possible – again, without causing any discomfort and pain.
3)Let go of your penis and take a one minute break.
4)Swing your penis around in circles for thrity or more times to restore blood circulation.
5)Reiterate steps 2-4, but instead of stretching out your penis straight at 90 degree angle away from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and finally to the right.
6)Lastly, stretch your penis straight out at 90 degrees away from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis 10 light pulls in the same direction.
Penis Jelqing
Penis Jelqing is executed by driving blood into your penis such that the penis blood chambers will deform permanentlyto increase size of the penis.
Warning: Never jelq a fully erect penis. Here are instructions for jelqing:
1)Put several drops of Vaseline on your penis and spread it over your entire penis.
2)Make a ring with your index finger and thumb around your penis’ base. Then, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. As your hand reaches the head, begin with your other hand at the base and replicate the motion. Continue alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.
3)To break-in your penis initially, execute 200-300 jelqs a day with medium strength in the first week, then 300-500 jelqs a day at medium to full strength during the second week. From the 3rd week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more every day.
If you get an erection during a jelqing session, you can either a)wait for it to go away naturally or b)squeeze harder to subdue the erection.
At signs of any pain, stop jelqing immediately and do not start jelqing again until the signs have disappeared.
Warming Down
To finish, perform the hot towel wrap again to get blood circulation going again in your penis.

Don’t go overboard with the routine outlined above. If you do, you risk inflicting injury on your penis.
The routine above will surely make your penis larger, but by a little bit at a time. However, these little bits will add up to impressive gains over time if you are persistent.
